I claim Jodi Solomon's girls Sarah (1998) and Marco (2000) as my own! If anyone remembers the 20th Reunion More…(don't worry, I don't really, either !), it was held at my restaurant, Lu Cuisine. Well, if you do remember the reunion, it was hosted at my place just a couple weeks after I was released from the Cleveland Clinic after suffering a brain aneurysm. The Clinic's ICU was my home for the 3 weeks previous to my release. I was fortunate enough to have a great medical team overseeing my progress, great family and friends nearby. One of those friends was Jodi, alongwith Sarah running around the hospital lobbies (one-ish at the time) and Erin (coming along within Jo's belly!)
In September 2000, my family and I decided to close the restaurant, an era had ended. I moved to Florida to be with Jodi and help her raise Sarah and Erin. They have become like my own and I cherish them very much. I am thankful that I have such great Abundance and a friend who has allowed me to become part of her family as well.
I look forward to showing them off to all of you!! |
